What is
Mindful Parenting Coaching?

Mindful Parenting Coaching is a convenient, private way to learn more about Mindful Parenting and hone in on a particular issue (or issues) that are impacting your family life.

How do the sessions work?

  • In-Person or Virtual

    I’m happy to meet in person or over video chat at a mutually convenient time. 

  • Flexible Sessions

    We schedule as many sessions as you need to make sustainable change (most families work with me for 3 - 6 months). This gives me time to learn about you and you the chance to try on new perspectives and skills over time, all with continued guidance and support.

  • Listening carefully

    I listen carefully, as YOU are the ultimate expert on yourself and your children.

    I bring in knowledge from my experience as an early childhood teacher, and I also introduce the ideas of Mindful Parenting.

  • Mindful Parenting Practices

    This includes mindfulness meditation practices, self-compassion practices, instructions on reflective listening, conflict resolution, and more.

  • Challenging Issues & Decisions

    Depending upon your need, we may spend our time talking through challenging issues and decisions or practice new modes of communication, or some of both. I will ask questions with the intention of guiding you towards your own wisdom.

  • Community Access

    Many of the parents that I work with begin to connect with one another. This option is done privately and by your choice.
