Care for Yourself by joining a Community that Gets It!

Parenting can feel overwhelming and isolating, and we often criticize and shame ourselves instead of reaching out for help. Seeing yourself and your struggles reflected in those around you can be a big part of healing, especially if you’re parenting a child who is neurodivergent or simply needs MORE.

I offer a safe space for parents to come together, express challenges, and support one another as they navigate similar issues. I’ll facilitate each group, offering relevant resources and Mindfulness tools.

  • “The best part of the group is having a safe and dedicated space to build community with other parents who are going through the same unique challenges as I am, raising a neurodivergent kid (two actually!). Sarah created a beautifully warm atmosphere, provided structure and flexibility to the discussion. She also makes it easy to walk away with practical tips to make things feel a little less hard, and maybe even a little less alone. “

    -Lauren M.

  • “I just wanted to tell you how wonderful the group is. Your prompts and the way you run the group are so intuitive and it really is such a safe and comforting atmosphere that you have created. I also feel challenged (in a good way) to share. So-THANK YOU!”

    -Jessica

  • “My favorite part of the group was Sarah's calm and genuine nature and the comfortable-to-share environment.”

    -Lara
